They shall be covered with ceramic tiles or an equivalent.PARTITION WALLSThe interior partitions walls shall be made of 6 cm ceramic bricks bonded withcement mortar and covered with Perlite plaster.FLOORSThe interior flooring of the common areas providing access to the flats shall bemade of granite.The exterior paving of the flat, balconies and flat roofs that people can walk onshall be made of clay tiles or an equivalent.The garage floor shall be made of mechanically trowelled concrete hardened withquartz powder.The general flooring of the flat shall be made of travertine slabs or the like.TILINGThe main bathroom shall be tiled with travertine tiles.The toilet and the kitchen shall be tiled with Roca or equivalent premier qualityenamelled ceramic tiles.BATHROOM AND TOILET FITTINGSThe bathroom and toilet shall be equipped with Roca fittings.The bath shall be of the Contesa model.TAPSThe taps to be installed in the flats shall be of the mixer type, from Roca or anequivalent.PLUMBINGThe interior plumbing shall be made of Niron or equivalent polypropylene pipeswith accessories of the same material.Hot water shall be supplied to all rooms, except the toilet, by means of an electricheat accumulator.Conduits shall be installed for air conditioning and heat pump to serve the diningroom and bedrooms.WINDOW FRAMES, GLAZING AND BLINDSThe window frames will be made of coloured lacquered aluminium, with all thenecessary elements to make them watertight, from Technal, with Topaz modelthermal bridge break. The glass fitted in the exterior windows of the flats shall be ofthe Climalit or equivalent type, i.e. with double glazing and an air chamber inbetween the panes.Electrically operated roll-up blinds made of aluminium slats shall be fitted in all thebedrooms.METALWORKThe railings of the building’s common staircases shall be made of metal, mainlystainless steel, profiles.The balcony railings shall be formed by a brick-built breast wall finished off withstainless steel profiles and safety glass.INTERIOR WOODWORKThe interior woodwork will consist of prefabricated doors with cherry or equivalentfinishes. The door to the flat will be fitted with a Tesa or similar security lock,spyhole and security hinges and shall be reinforced.The bedrooms will have fitted wardrobes.ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONThe electrical installation has been designed to comply with the currentlyapplicable regulations.PAINTThe vertical surfaces inside the flats shall be painted with white plastic paint. Theinterior horizontal faces shall finished with white plastic paint. The woodwork will bevarnished.COATINGSVertical and horizontal interior faces shall be covered with Perlite plaster.The balcony ceilings shall be panelled with slats.MISCELLANEOUS INSTALLATIONSThe flats will be equipped with television aerial, FM and telephone sockets in thelounge, two bedrooms and kitchen. They will also have a video entry phone.GARAGE DOORThe general door for vehicles to enter the garage will be metal with an automaticopening and closing system operated by means of a magnetic key.LIFTA single lift will be installed per staircase. It will be electrically operated, with anautomatic door in the cabin and on each floor. It will have a capacity for six people.KITCHEN FURNITUREThe kitchen will be handed over with furniture with a stratified finish, high and lowcupboards, granite work top, electric oven, four-ring vitroceramic hob, extractorhood, and double stainless steel sink.NOTE: The technical manager may order a certain material to be replaced byanother of equivalent quality for technical reasons or due to market shortages.FOR THE SELLER FOR THE BUYER
